How and where to file your error reports/problems

According to the SZIE Information Security statement, students are required send emails regarding offical matters from their official student email address (those ending in

Forgot/non working passwords: contact your registrars department, they can deal with these probelms. The IT office cannot help you with your Neptun password.

Content erros: should you encounter some unexpected behavior, non-working function, missing button, etc., you can send a screenshot and a small description of what were you doing when the error occured, how can we replicated this error. 

Operation erros: sometimes the service becomes unavailable (due to some technical problem, or high load of the service).

The IT staff can deal with the latter to types of errors. Send these error reports to the address.
